It is composed of a set of techniques from different massages (Ayurvedic, Californian, Shaatsu, Balinese, Swedish, Lomi-Lomi....) as well as my feelings when reading your body.
It is a unique massage since it will suit you at the moment you do it.
It focuses on emotional and physical well-being. It aims to reduce stress and tension and will promote better energy circulation in your body.
I use a neutral oil for more comfort.
